AusIMM identify a key barrier to investment is the time and effort required to build a technoeconomic model.
idoba's Techno Economic Analysis template has removed the first barrier identified in the guideline (i.e. the time and effort to create the model), providing customers with a model template, ready for their use.
The model allows users to calculate NPV (pre and post-tax). Variables include capital cost, operating cost, life of mine, production grade and output, commodity price and market volatility.
